I found Charles and Lin his secretary both a very great help and very kind and understanding at what was a very upsetting time dealing with my fathers estate, this made the process so much easier than i expected. Due to their speed in dealing with everything so quickly really helped me a lot.

I would definitely use EAD again as their service to me was so good and very friendly.

The only comment i could make is that we were looked after very well, Amy explained everything to us at the start including cost and time it would take to go through the courts and at the time we had just lost my dad and were struggling with what we had to do. Amy was very helpful and took her time to go through everything.

Last week I settled my case out of court and have been very happy with the advice and support I have received from Steve Cornforth of EAD Solicitors. My case wasn't easy, including the fact that my surgeon in question left the country, but EAD pursued with my case were others may have not and have managed to secure me an excellent settlement. My case was no win no fee so I'm unsure of their fees, as the other party will cover those, but they willve been worth every penny. Very professional, contactable and handled my case sensitively. Highly recommend.

1. WHAT WAS THE SERVICE LIKE?
The service by EAD was as good as it gets. Yes we all get the feeling that solicitors are their to make money, see all clients as a 'number'. If I was to be honest, Idid get this impression at first, probably because I wanted a more quicker result for my case and was expecting to much from Chris and Helen from EAD Solicitors.
However I soon learnt that both my advocate and solicitor were their to get the best outcome for me and where it mattered they were BRILLIANT. I honestly could not ask for a better team as they did what was best for my family and I. They saw me as someone who was going through a lot of stress/depression and offered their full support and for that reason you could not ask for anyone better. At the court on the day of my hearing I saw another side and that side of EAD was one of caring, doing the best for you, listening, making decisions on your behalf with your best interest and showing the HUMAN TOUCH' to my case. At times it is not just about the outcome or winning, but knowing your solicitor has the trust in you, has the confidence in what you are saying and believing in you. Thats what they did for me and more and you can not buy this kind of service, as this kind of service comes from the heart.

2.WHAT THEY CHARGE?
My case was through my union. However if i had to pay for their service I would and do it without thinking as they are worth it. TRUST ME and I am not saying this as an advertisement, nor am I am on commission. I am a very critical thinking person who 'says it as it is' and value for money they are miles ahead of the 'cowboy back street solicitors' you might get on your street or alley.

3.WOULD I RECOMMEND TO OTHERS/
I suppose I already have, if you have read the review so far. I know if I need legal support and I mean PROPER LEGAL SUPPORT from some who knows their stuff, someone who delivers and not full of 'hot air', someone who gives it the extra mile as they truly want the best for you, then my (advocate) Chris Mcnaughlty and Helen Erickson (solicitor) did it for my family and I, and for that reason we will always be grateful, thank full and would ask you to see for your self.

I had an extremely unpleasant and traumatic experience with my employer, Camden Council when I raised an internal grievance, and subsequently went to an Employment Tribunal in September – October 2012.

My claim of race discrimination during a recruitment and selection process which was part of a re-organisation prevented me from obtaining a promotional senior position.

Race cases are often very difficult to prove. However fortunately me, I had Mr Chris MacNaughton, one of EAD’s most promising Employment Law Solicitors providing me with expert legal assistance.

I can honestly say that I would not have coped, nor would I have had a significant victory at the Employment Tribunal for ‘Direct Race Discrimination’ against my employer without the legal assistance of Mr MacNaugghton and EAD Solicitors.

Thank you to Mr Chris MacNaughton and EAD Solicitors for all their support.

This firm conducted the conveyancing on two house purchases for me. I should disclose that I am a current employee of the practice. The service was speedy, polite and the job was done with a minimum of fuss.

I would use again and highly recommend to others.

I had an RTA in January 2011. The claim was dealt with by Lee Flaherty. The service was excellent. There were no problems and I received my damages cheque in September 2011. I would highly recommend EAD Solicitors LLP and I would definately use them again in the future.
